Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance. We accept most insurances and participate directly with Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield, TriWest, and Medicare.
Do you take Medicaid?
Unfortunately, Medicaid only covers chiropractic for persons under the age of 21. At the moment, we are not in-network with Medicaid, but that will be coming soon.
Does my insurance cover chiropractic services?
That depends on your insurance. Since we accept insurance, verifying your chiropractic benefits is easy peasy.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to create a patient portal profile where you can upload your insurance information directly and we can verify your benefits from there.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Mon 2 PM to 6 PM, Tu/Th 10 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 6 PM, and Fri 10 AM to 2 PM. We’re closed on Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday.
Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
*4-6 PM hours on Friday unavailable
Is parking available at the office?
Yes, the parking lot is located behind the building. Parking is also available across the street (behind GCI), and street parking is also available in the cul de sac on Park Lane.
What if I don’t have insurance? What are my options?
Gentle Roots Chiropractic is a participating provider with the ChiroHealth USA Network of chiropractic providers who provide discounted services based on an insurance fee schedule. Please see the “Our Services” page for more detailed information.
What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments without notice may result in a fee:
New patient appointments: $75
Established patient appointments: $50
Please note that these fees are the patient’s responsibility and are not billable to insurance.
We understand that unexpected situations do arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
